Answers use our own list as it stands today.
The nine on our list ask AED 1,800,000 to AED 3,850,000, and five of them AED 3,300,000 or less. Four sit between AED 3,050,000 and AED 3,300,000. Only one is below AED 3,000,000: 1,062 sq ft in Al Reeman, Al Shamkha.
Decide between address and floor. Eight of our nine apartments are on an island; five of the seven townhouses are inland. At about AED 3,300,000 a Bloom Living townhouse gives 3,315 sq ft against 1,833 sq ft in an Al Reem apartment, though it ties for the largest townhouse on our list. The two island townhouses, at AED 3,900,000 and AED 4,200,000, cost more than every apartment.
Four today: Al Reem Island with five from AED 3,100,000, Yas Island with two from AED 3,050,000, Al Maryah Island with one at AED 3,850,000 and Al Shamkha with one at AED 1,800,000. None is on Saadiyat Island this week.
Two homes at Al Durrah Tower on Al Reem Island, 2,669 sq ft each, at AED 3,657,143 and AED 3,736,600. They carry the lowest rates on the list, AED 1,370 and AED 1,400 a square foot, and are still 646 sq ft smaller than the Bloom Living townhouse at the middle of its list.
The Al Maryah Vista 2 loft asks AED 3,850,000 for 1,302 sq ft, the second smallest of the nine, at AED 2,957 a square foot. Against the AED 1,800,000 home in Al Shamkha, AED 2,050,000 more buys 240 sq ft more. The rest of the price is the address.
One, and it is an apartment: AED 1,800,000 for 1,062 sq ft with two bathrooms in Al Reeman, Al Shamkha. The first three bedroom townhouse on our list is AED 2,200,000 in Al Ghadeer. Below that, ask us which off plan projects price a three bedroom inside your budget.
About AED 14,300 a month on a 20% Down Payment at an illustrative 4.25% over 25 years, borrowing AED 2,640,000. Cash on transfer day is about AED 726,000 with the transfer fee. The townhouse at AED 3,299,999 gives the same figures. The service charge comes on top.
