Total areas in the brochure run from 335 to 449 sqft for studios, 524 sqft for the junior 1 bedroom and 584 to 1,136 sqft for 1 bedroom apartments, 766 to 1,467 sqft for 2 bedroom apartments, 1,114 to 1,132 sqft for the 2 bedroom duplexes on the odd floors of Tower A, and 1,032 to 1,786 sqft for 3 bedroom apartments, the largest of which come with a maid's room and a ground floor terrace. Every home has a balcony or terrace, fitted kitchen cabinets and countertops, fully tiled bathrooms, double glazed windows, central air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and fibre optic internet, and a limited number of terrace units have a private pool.

Payment plan and handover

Reportage advertises Diva from AED 490,000 and has not published a payment plan or a handover date for the remaining homes; its construction tracker read about 89 percent complete on 30 September 2026, and the ADREC register showed Diva 1 at 94.7 percent and Diva 2 at 90 percent built.
