The community sits on the Yas Canal waterfront in Abu Dhabi, within walking distance of Yas Island (around 5 minutes) and roughly 10 to 15 minutes from Zayed International Airport, with the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque 15 to 20 minutes away.
The project is developed by Ohana Development in partnership with Manchester City Football Club. Masterpiece Property is an authorised broker for the development.
The masterplan brings together apartments from studios to three bedrooms along the canal promenade, three-bedroom townhouses, four-bedroom twin villas, standalone 4 and 5 bedroom villas, and multi-level maisonettes of two to four bedrooms.
Townhouses start from AED 4.5 million, twin villas from AED 5.9 million, 4 bedroom villas from AED 6.9 million, 5 bedroom villas from AED 9.3 million, and the signature maisonettes from AED 36.5 million. Apartments are released at AED 2,100 per square foot. Prices vary by release, so confirm current availability with Masterpiece Property.
Two options are available. Option 1 is a 50/50 plan: 5% on booking, 5% on signing the SPA, eight instalments of 5% through month 32, and 50% on delivery. Option 2 is a 75/25 plan: 5% on booking, 20% on signing the SPA, eight instalments of 6.25%, and 25% on delivery.
Residents get a Manchester City Training Academy with two football fields, a tactical room and performance studios, the City Experience with a Heritage Center and Trophy Gallery, elite recovery suites including cryotherapy, hydrotherapy and altitude training, plus a crystal lagoon, watersports club, recovery pier and canal promenade.
