The developer's text also mentions studios, which the unit mix table does not list, so a studio is confirmed against the plans on enquiry. Each apartment has kitchen cabinets and countertops with a refrigerator, washing machine and cooker, balconies as per the plan, wardrobes in the bedrooms, central air conditioning and double glazed windows.

Amenities and lifestyle

The leaflet lists direct access to the public realm known as the Green Finger, open and covered seating areas, landscaped gardens, a playground, a barbecue area, a swimming pool, covered parking and four large lifts. Reportage's images show a ground floor lobby, a drop-off area and a pool courtyard.

Location and connectivity

Oasis Residences 2 sits at the centre of Masdar City, next door to My City Center Masdar. Masdar City is a low-carbon district beside Abu Dhabi International Airport, with offices, shops, restaurants and public green spaces. Reportage has not published drive times for this building, so distances to the airport, Yas Island and Al Raha Beach are confirmed on enquiry.

The building is complete. Reportage's page lists homes from AED 500,000, read on 13 October 2026, but with 99.67 percent of the units sold in the register, a specific apartment usually comes from an owner who resells. We confirm the apartment, its floor, the seller's price, any tenancy, the service charges and the transfer steps in writing before you reserve.

Who it suits

The building suits buyers who want a ready one or two bedroom apartment in the middle of Masdar City, a short walk from the shops of My City Center Masdar. The two largest layouts, the three bedroom apartments of more than 2,200 sq ft, are very few and are confirmed individually.
