Alreeman and Alreeman II: Buying a Plot
Aldar opened Alreeman in January 2019 as an AED 2 billion development of about 2.8 million square metres. It sold land plots for residential clusters of villas and apartment buildings, with land set aside for shops, restaurants, mosques, sports, schools and offices. Villa plots started from AED 690,000, and the release brought Aldar about AED 1.6 billion in plot sales.
Alreeman II followed in June 2019: an AED 1.7 billion community of about 2.4 million square metres with 1,690 villa plots between 500 and 1,000 square metres, released to UAE nationals to build their own homes, again from AED 690,000 a plot. Aldar's plans for Alreeman II include a clubhouse, parks, a school, mosques, shops, a swimming pool and running and cycling tracks. Plots still change hands today: our listings in September 2026 include a single row villa plot in Alreeman II for AED 2,399,999.

Fay Alreeman Villas
Fay Alreeman is the villa project inside Alreeman II. Aldar launched it in April 2022 with 554 villas of 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms and prices from AED 2,700,000. Average sizes ran from about 301 square metres (3,240 sq ft) for a 3 bedroom to about 507 square metres (5,457 sq ft) for a 6 bedroom. Buyers chose between Mediterranean, Modern Arabic and Contemporary facades and a light or dark interior, every cluster has its own parks, and Aldar expected the first handovers in the final quarter of 2025. The villas have large closed kitchens, family rooms and majlis spaces, and the whole Alreeman II community was designed for a 2 Pearl rating under Estidama, Abu Dhabi's sustainability system.
Fay Al Reeman II Villas: Sizes and Prices
Fay Al Reeman II is the second villa phase, again with 3 to 6 bedroom villas. It sells on a 10/20/70 payment plan with handover expected in 2027, and Aldar now markets it to buyers from the UAE and abroad. These were the launch prices and sizes by villa type:

Reeman Living and Reeman Living 2 Apartments
Reeman Living brought apartments to Al Reeman. Aldar launched it in March 2023 with 1,050 homes in low-rise buildings, from studios to 3 bedroom apartments, open to buyers of all nationalities. The buildings were designed for a 2 Pearl Estidama rating, and residents share outdoor terraces, a community room in each building and a children's play area. Reeman Living 2 is the second phase, with a convenience store, an indoor children's play area, outdoor terraces and community rooms. Both phases use the same four apartment layouts:
