Buyers choose the exterior facade and the interior finishes, from a light or a dark scheme and from a standard or a premium package. The standard package has porcelain tile floors, quartz kitchen counters and backsplashes and melamine cabinetry, and the premium package adds veneer doors and wardrobes and engineered parquet in the bedrooms. The villas carry an Estidama Pearl 2 rating.
