Almeria at Bloom Living

Almeria is developed by Bloom Properties, part of Bloom Holding, the Abu Dhabi developer behind the wider Bloom Living community in Zayed City. Bloom is delivering the villas, the central lake, the clubhouse, the Town Center and the two international schools inside the same masterplan.

Almeria sits inside Bloom Living in Zayed City, the planned district next to Khalifa City on the mainland side of Abu Dhabi. The villas face the community's central lake, its parks or its landscaped streets, and the schools, clubhouse and Town Center are all inside the gates.

The developer brochure sets total sellable areas at 2,734 sq ft for the three bedroom villa, 3,399 sq ft for the four bedroom villa, 4,588 sq ft for the five bedroom villa and 5,511 sq ft for the six bedroom villa. Each home is arranged over a ground and a first floor with a private garden and a covered carport.

On the developer's current price list the five bedroom villa starts at AED 6,481,000 and the six bedroom villa at AED 8,591,000. The three and four bedroom villas are marked sold out, so those layouts are available only through resale, and our team tracks resale stock as it comes back to the market.

Bloom publishes a 5/35/40/20 plan: 5% Down Payment on booking, 35% spread across the construction period, 40% due on handover and the remaining 20% over the first year after handover. The developer also notes that other payment options exist, so our team confirms the current schedule before you reserve.

Completion of the Almeria villas is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. Because the final 20% of the price falls due across the year after handover, the payment schedule continues into 2028 for buyers who take the published plan, and our team sets out the dates in writing before reservation.

Bloom Living is built around a central lake with walking, running and cycling tracks.
