Bloom's brochure sets out the layouts by type, with total sellable areas that include balconies and terraces:

• Studio, 347 to 463 sqft, from AED 865,000.
• 1 bedroom apartment, 700 to 926 sqft, from AED 1,400,000.
• 2 bedroom apartment, 1,011 to 2,067 sqft, from AED 2,100,000.
• 3 bedroom apartment, 1,851 to 2,680 sqft, from AED 3,200,000.
• 3 bedroom townhouse, 2,928 to 2,982 sqft on two floors, from AED 4,500,000.
• 4 bedroom penthouse, 4,252 sqft with a roof terrace, from AED 8,300,000.

The apartments sit in five low-rise blocks, B1 to B5 on Bloom's key plan, around the souk and the lake. Bloom describes light filled interiors with natural textures and warm tones, and its renders show arched openings, a fitted kitchen and patterned tiles in the master bathroom. The larger 2 and 3 bedroom types add a wide terrace, the townhouses have a garden at the back, and the penthouses have a double height living room and a roof terrace over the lake.

Amenities and lifestyle

Souk Alhambra is the destination of the whole community: about 20,000 sqm of shops, cafés and restaurants around a central plaza, with an amphitheatre that opens to the lake, a supermarket, a medical clinic, a nursery and veterinary services. Bloom lists a gym with a sauna, swimming pools with children's areas, indoor and outdoor play areas, walking, jogging and cycling tracks, places of worship and security around the clock in a gated setting. Parks link Alhambra to the Bloom Living Wellness Village with its pools and sports facilities, and the community's two international schools are within walking distance.

Location and connectivity

Bloom Living has its own entry and exit on the E20 highway. Bloom puts Zayed International Airport a few minutes away, and downtown Abu Dhabi, Yas Island and the business districts a short drive from the gate. Inside the community Alhambra is the centre, so the lake, the souk, the schools and the parks are reached on foot.

Payment plan and handover

Bloom sells Alhambra on a 5/35/60 plan: 5% Down Payment on booking, 35% during construction and 60% on handover. Its current launch offer includes the 2% ADM registration fee. Bloom has not published a handover date for Alhambra. ADREC lists the project as registered on 2 September 2026 with construction not yet started, and the expected date is confirmed on enquiry. Bloom Living is designated an investment zone, so buyers of all nationalities can own here.

Who it suits

Buyers who want the smallest ticket into Bloom Living, since the studios and 1 bedroom apartments are the entry point of the community today, and families who want a townhouse or a larger apartment next to the schools and the souk, where daily errands do not need a car. The penthouses suit buyers who want the largest apartment in the community with a private roof terrace over the lake. Bloom's earlier phases sold quickly, and Alhambra is the last one it will release.
