Bloom's brochure sets out six home types, all on two floors:

• 2 bedroom townhouse, 1,298 to 1,340 sqft in middle and end units.
• 3 bedroom townhouse, 1,618 sqft in the middle of a row and 1,848 sqft at the end, where each bedroom has its own bathroom.
• 3 bedroom villa, 2,731 sqft, detached.
• 4 bedroom villa, 3,412 sqft, detached.
• 5 bedroom villa, 4,608 sqft, detached.
• 6 bedroom villa, 5,538 sqft, detached.

Every home has parking for two cars at the front and a garden or patio at the back. The townhouses have a powder room and a ground floor room for a maid, a study or a guest. The villas add a maid's room with its own bathroom, and the 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas also have a guest room with a bathroom on the ground floor and a driver's room. Bloom's brochure describes granite kitchen countertops, built in wardrobes in the bedrooms and marble in the en suite bathrooms.

Amenities and lifestyle

Cordoba is gated, with security around the clock. Residents share the facilities Bloom plans across Bloom Living: a large lake with trails for walking, running and cycling, a main clubhouse with pools, sports facilities and a wellness centre, tennis courts, a dog park, a yoga park, an agro park, children's play areas and shaded paths that link the parks. A Town Center at the heart of the community brings restaurants, cafés, shops, a supermarket and a medical clinic, and Bloom's plan places a mosque and two international schools within walking or cycling distance.

Location and connectivity

Bloom Living has its own entry and exit on the E20 highway. Bloom puts Zayed International Airport a few minutes away and downtown Abu Dhabi, Yas Island and other business, retail and leisure landmarks a short drive from the gate.

Buying here today

Cordoba is complete and handed over. The project register of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre lists it as built, at 100 per cent. Because every home sold at launch, Bloom does not sell Cordoba from a price list, so purchases come from owners on the resale market. At launch in 2022 prices started from AED 1.5 million; today each seller sets the price, which moves with the type, the plot and the position in the row. Service charges are set by the community management and confirmed on the specific home. Bloom Living was designated an investment zone in 2022, the Abu Dhabi status under which buyers of any nationality can own property there, and we confirm the title of each home before you make an offer.

Who it suits

Families who want a finished townhouse or villa with a garden and private parking near the airport and the E20, and buyers who would rather move into a completed home than wait for a new launch. The 2 bedroom townhouses are the entry point, while the 6 bedroom villa, the largest home in the phase at 5,538 sqft, suits large households that host.
