Fay Gardens sits within Fay Hills in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. Masdar City is approximately 17 km from Abu Dhabi city centre and lies close to Abu Dhabi International Airport. Pricing beyond the entry figure depends on the villa typology, plot and position within the village, and Taraf has not published a full price list by unit. Taraf offers a 50/50 payment plan. Buyers pay a 10% Down Payment on booking, then 5% at three months, 5% at six months and 5% at nine months. A further 5% falls due at each of the 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 35% construction milestones, with the remaining 50% payable on completion.

Taraf states that handover at Fay Gardens is linked to construction milestones and has not published a completion date for the village. Buyers should treat any date circulating outside the developer's own material as unconfirmed. Yes. Villas at Fay Gardens are freehold and available to all nationalities, because Masdar City is a designated freehold zone in Abu Dhabi.
