About Taraf Holding
Taraf, known as Taraf Holding and registered as Taraf Development LLC, is a boutique property developer launched on 25 January 2023 as the real estate division of Yas Holding, the UAE investment group. It builds design-led homes in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and its first project, Luce on Palm Jumeirah, sold out within hours of launch. Taraf says its earliest completions are scheduled from Q2 2026.
In Abu Dhabi, Taraf's largest community is Fay Hills in Masdar City, a joint venture with Masdar City announced on 3 September 2025 for a 1.4 million square metre neighbourhood of more than 1,000 villas and townhouses with two to six bedrooms. Fay Gardens is its first village, with 130 villas, and Fay Valley, launched on 17 June 2026, is the second, with 381 villas and townhouses from AED 3,140,000 and handover in Q2 2030.

On Saadiyat Island, Solea brings 212 apartments with one to four bedrooms to the Saadiyat Lagoons masterplan, where Taraf describes it as the only residential building with 360 degree panoramic views. Prices start from AED 1,750,000 and handover is scheduled for 2028.
