Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi based private real estate investment and development company. It was set up in 2014 by Mohamed Alabbar, who chairs it and founded Emaar Properties before it, and it builds mixed-use waterfront destinations in the UAE and abroad.
In Abu Dhabi its main project is Ramhan Island, a natural island between Saadiyat and Yas planned for about 1,234 standalone villas, 1,126 marina apartments and a marina of more than 150 berths. Every villa has its own beach, and the island is sold community by community: Infinity, the latest release, is due for handover in Q4 2029.

Its second address in the capital is Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi, on a private horseshoe-shaped island facing Qasr Al Watan: 90 mansions of 1,650 to 2,500 sqm, 30 villas and a 60-room Bvlgari resort, due to open in 2030.
In January 2026 Eagle Hills opened Al Ain Oasis Hub, a 23,000 sqm garden and dining destination with 17 restaurants and cafes in the historic oasis. In March 2026 it signed a memorandum of understanding with Awqaf Abu Dhabi to develop the AED 1 billion Mother of the Nation City, whose returns support orphans.
Elsewhere in the UAE it has built Maryam Island in Sharjah and Kalba Waterfront, with Address Residences Fujairah and Fujairah Beach in Fujairah. Abroad its projects include Belgrade Waterfront in Serbia, Marassi Al Bahrain, Marassi Red Sea in Egypt, Tanja Waterfront in Morocco, Mandarin Oriental Muscat and Tbilisi Waterfront in Georgia.
