Each home has direct beach access and its own stretch of sand, and the developer describes the sea between the homes as swimmable and clear. Payment plan and handover

The villas are sold on a 10/40/50 plan: a 10 per cent Down Payment on booking, 40 per cent in instalments through construction and the remaining 50 per cent on handover, which is expected in the fourth quarter of 2029. Ownership is freehold and open to buyers of all nationalities. Published pricing starts at 13,500,000 AED for a three bedroom villa, and the current price list for each type and plot is confirmed on enquiry.
