Infinity Villas at Ramhan Island

Infinity Villas is developed by Eagle Hills, the Abu Dhabi based developer behind the whole of Ramhan Island. Eagle Hills is the master developer of the island and publishes the Infinity brochure, factsheet and villa specification, and it builds residential and mixed use communities across the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Ramhan Island lies off the eastern coast of Abu Dhabi and is connected to the mainland road network. The developer publishes drive times of about 10 minutes to Yas Island, about 15 minutes to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and to Abu Dhabi International Airport, about 18 minutes to Saadiyat Island and about 20 minutes to Louvre Abu Dhabi.

The collection covers twelve villa types from three to six bedrooms. Three bedroom villas run from 3,369 to 3,899 sqft, four bedroom villas from 5,360 to 5,800 sqft, five bedroom villas from 5,551 to 5,730 sqft and six bedroom villas from 5,506 to 7,492 sqft. Each type is offered in a standard and a mirrored layout.

Published pricing starts at 13,500,000 AED for a three bedroom villa. The standard plan is 10/40/50, which means a 10 per cent Down Payment on booking, 40 per cent in instalments during construction and the remaining 50 per cent on handover. Every villa has direct beach access and its own stretch of sand. The island adds a marina with 170 boat berths, a yacht club, a beach bar, water sports, a retail and dining promenade, open green spaces and eco parks, bike and jogging tracks, kids play areas, a nursery, schools, mosques and community hubs.
