The brochure describes open plan layouts with natural light, nature inspired interiors in warm natural tones and premium materials, generous terraces that extend the living space outward, and landscaped terraces with waterfront views. The hotel gives the residences their service: concierge, housekeeping and in-residence dining are handled by the same team that runs The Bristol, while the hotel's rooms, restaurants, spa and event spaces sit next door. Residents have a dedicated wellness floor equipped for strength, conditioning and mindful training, direct access to the marina and the shared spaces of a fully serviced island address. Ramhan Marina, a few minutes away, plans more than 150 berths on a sheltered channel, a 1.7 km promenade, restaurants along the quay, a yacht club and a plaza that closes to traffic in the evening.

Location and connectivity

Ramhan Island is a natural island of bays and mangroves reached by bridge from the Abu Dhabi mainland. Eagle Hills gives 15 minutes to Zayed International Airport, 18 minutes to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and 20 minutes to the Abu Dhabi mainland from The Bristol, and the island factsheet adds 10 minutes to Yas Island and 18 minutes to Saadiyat Island. The wider island masterplan holds about 1,060 waterfront villas, 900 marina apartments, a 120 key hotel, a retail promenade, schools, mosques and community hubs, all described by Eagle Hills as approximate and subject to the final design.
