Taraf's launch material lists one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, four bedroom duplexes and a penthouse, with interiors in the W style and a curved exterior inspired by the lines of the traditional dhow. The developer's floor plan sheets give these total areas, balconies included:

• 4 bedroom duplex, type 1 over levels 33 and 34, with a maid's room: 4,104 sq ft
• 5 bedroom penthouse on level 37, unit 3701, with a private pool, a maid's room and a majlis: 8,516 sq ft, of which 5,757 sq ft inside and 2,759 sq ft of terraces

The one bedroom plan has a bathroom, a powder room and a balcony; the two bedroom plan adds a maid's room, two bathrooms and a powder room. Their areas are confirmed on enquiry. Every published layout has a balcony or a terrace.

Amenities and lifestyle

Owners receive the W Hotels Whatever/Whenever concierge service, which the brand runs for its residence owners, together with a gym and outdoor fitness areas, a wet pool deck, a games room, a golf simulator, a screening room and a residence lounge. Taraf and Yas Holding have not published a starting price, a payment plan, the number of residences or a handover date in their press releases, so these are confirmed on enquiry from the developer's current price list.
