Shaun Killa of Killa Design is the architect, and Tara Bernerd of Tara Bernerd and Partners designs the interiors, her first project in the Middle East. SAAS has not published unit sizes, bathroom counts or the number of homes of each type, so these are confirmed against the floor plans when you enquire.

Amenities and lifestyle

The project site lists an outdoor pool with private cabanas, a temperature-controlled indoor pool, treatment rooms, a fitness studio with city views, a cinema and media lounge, a games room, an executive golf lounge and an outdoor lounge and dining terrace. The launch release adds a co-working lounge with a boardroom and dedicated family areas. Ownership also includes access to Onvia, a privileges platform for residents.

Location and connectivity

Al Maryah Island is Abu Dhabi's business and lifestyle district. SAAS places the tower adjacent to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, with waterfront views and the island's offices, restaurants and shops close by, and the Saadiyat Cultural District within reach by road.

Handover and availability

SAAS says construction is under way and anticipates handover in the second quarter of 2030. The project was first revealed at Abu Dhabi Finance Week in December 2025 and formally launched at LIVEX 2026, in a release published on 2 October 2026. SAAS has not published a price list or a payment plan, so both are confirmed in writing when you enquire, against live availability.

The tower suits buyers who want a branded address with hotel-grade service on Al Maryah Island, from a one bedroom residence for a compact home to a four bedroom duplex or the penthouse for a larger one. With 165 homes in one building, the collection is small, so availability by floor and layout matters early.
