The tower rises on Al Maryah Island with direct access to The Galleria, which the project site describes as home to more than 400 boutiques, and a canal-front promenade. The launch release places it moments from cultural landmarks including the Guggenheim and Louvre Abu Dhabi. Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and the island's financial district are close.

SAAS has not published a handover date, a price list or a payment plan for the St. Regis tower, and broker listings carry dates that SAAS does not confirm, so none is quoted here. Handover, the price of a specific home and the instalment schedule are confirmed in writing when you enquire, against live availability and the developer's latest construction progress.
