Location and connectivity

Saadiyat Island is home to Abu Dhabi's principal cultural institutions, and Sensi sits close to them. The developer lists New York University Abu Dhabi at one minute and Saadiyat Marina at three minutes. Saadiyat Beach, Zayed National Museum and the Abrahamic Family House are each about ten minutes away, while Louvre Abu Dhabi and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi are about twelve minutes. Zayed Port is roughly fifteen minutes and Downtown Abu Dhabi about twenty minutes, so the island's quieter setting stays within simple reach of the wider city.

Homes and layouts

The unit mix is published in full: 43 two bedroom apartments, 37 three bedroom apartments and 9 four bedroom townhouses. Two bedroom apartments run from 1,103 sq ft to 1,343 sq ft in total area, counting internal space together with private outdoor space. Three bedroom apartments cover a far wider band, from 1,358 sq ft to 4,557 sq ft across seven layout types, so buyers can choose between an efficient family apartment and a considerably larger home with generous terraces. The four bedroom townhouses measure 4,233 sq ft in total area. Residences are handed over with a contemporary fit-out and finishing, private balconies and terraces, and a laundry room, with maid's rooms available in selected layouts. Each home has a private basement parking area.

Amenities and who it suits

Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a separate children's swimming pool, a gymnasium, children's play areas, and landscaped and shaded seating areas. A business centre, commercial retail units and coffee shops sit within the community itself, and 324 basement parking spaces serve residents and visitors. The architecture follows a minimalist approach built on clarity of form, balance and proportion, with light-filled spaces and a deliberate blurring of the boundary between interior and exterior.

The two bedroom apartments suit couples and smaller families, as well as buyers looking for a rental asset close to the museum district. The larger three bedroom layouts and the nine townhouses are aimed at families who want space and privacy at a cultural and beach-side address, with New York University Abu Dhabi and the island's institutions close by. Prices start from AED 2,800,000. Reportage Properties broke ground on Sensi in June 2026, roughly five months after the project was launched, and has not published a payment plan or a handover date, so both should be confirmed directly before any reservation is made.
