Reportage Properties has not published a payment plan, a Down Payment percentage or a handover date for Sensi on its official project page, factsheet or brochure. Figures quoted elsewhere are not confirmed by the developer, so we recommend confirming the current terms in writing before you reserve a unit.

Yes. Reportage Properties broke ground on Sensi in June 2026, about five months after the project was launched. The developer's own project page still lists construction progress at zero per cent, so the scheme is at an early build stage on Saadiyat Island.
