Sei Saadiyat sits inside Saadiyat Cultural District on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, the precinct of Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi and the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi city centre, the Corniche and Al Reem Island are about 12 minutes by car, Yas Island about 20 minutes and Zayed International Airport about 25 minutes.

Launch prices start from AED 2.95M for a one bedroom apartment of around 753 sq ft.
