Bloom's Seville brochure gives the total sellable areas, all on two floors:

• 2 bedroom townhouse, 1,303 to 1,346 sqft (types 2M-1, 2E and 2M), sold out.
• 3 bedroom townhouse, 1,636 sqft in the middle of a row and 1,851 sqft at the end, sold out.
• 3 bedroom villa, 2,745 sqft, and 4 bedroom villa, 3,412 sqft, both sold out.
• 5 bedroom villa, 4,596 sqft, from AED 6,500,000.
• 6 bedroom villa, 5,533 sqft, from AED 8,000,000.

Bloom describes high ceilings and large windows facing the lake, indoor to outdoor living and a choice of premium or upgraded interior finishes, both shown in its brochure. The villas have a garage and a garden, and the 6 bedroom villa's ground floor alone is 3,068 sqft. The 7 bedroom mansions were announced at launch; Bloom has not published their sizes or a current price.

Amenities and lifestyle

Seville's homes face the Bloom Living lake, with walking, running and cycling trails around it. For the phase Bloom lists a swimming pool, cafés and restaurants, walking and running tracks, sauna and steam rooms, a gym and a kids' play area, plus the lake, pools and recreation centres, a swim club and a lagoon pool club. Its launch release describes community centres with fitness rooms, cafés, lounges, children's play areas, pools and shaded playgrounds, and open gardens and courtyards between the homes. Residents also use the main Bloom Living clubhouse, the Town Center with shops, a supermarket and a clinic, the mosque and the two international schools, inside a gated community with security around the clock.

Location and connectivity

Bloom Living has its own entry and exit on the E20 highway. Bloom puts Zayed International Airport a few minutes away and downtown Abu Dhabi, Yas Island and the main business districts a short drive from the gate. Seville sits on the lake inside the masterplan, so the Town Center and the parks are reached on foot.

Payment plan and handover

Bloom sells the remaining Seville villas on a 25/25/50 plan: 25% Down Payment on booking, 25% during construction and 50% on handover, with other payment options on request. Bloom's construction update puts the phase at more than 64% complete and on track for handover in Q1 2027, and ADREC lists it at 67.38% built. The sold out types come back to the market only as resales from their owners, at prices each seller sets. Bloom Living is designated an investment zone, so buyers of all nationalities can own here.

Who it suits

Large families who want a new lakeside villa of 5 or 6 bedrooms with a garage and a garden, bought from the developer on a payment plan, in a community where the first two phases are already lived in. Buyers of the smaller Seville homes, the townhouses and the 3 and 4 bedroom villas, look at resales from owners or at the other Bloom Living phases we list.
