Bloom's Casares brochure sets out five townhouse types on two floors, all with a garden at the back and parking for two cars at the front:

• 2 bedroom townhouse, 1,292 to 1,335 sqft: type 2M-1 at 1,292 sqft and type 2M at 1,335 sqft in the middle of a row, and type 2E at 1,324 sqft at the end.
• 3 bedroom townhouse, 1,625 to 1,841 sqft: type 3M at 1,625 sqft in the middle of a row and type 3E at 1,841 sqft at the end.

The ground floor holds the living and dining room, the kitchen, a powder room and a maid's room. The bedrooms are upstairs, with a bathroom for the master bedroom and a terrace, and the 3 bedroom types add a laundry and a dressing room in the master bedroom. At launch Bloom described them as 120 to 171 sqm.

Amenities and lifestyle

Casares has its own community centre set in landscaped greenery, and residents share the facilities Bloom is building across Bloom Living: interconnected parks, the main clubhouse with pools, sports facilities and a wellness centre, the Town Center with restaurants, cafés, shops, a supermarket and a medical clinic, and the large lake with trails for walking, running and cycling. Bloom's plan places a mosque and two international schools within reach on foot or by bicycle, with multi-purpose amphitheatres and the Sunset and Sunrise plazas for gatherings. The community is gated with security around the clock.

Location and connectivity

Bloom Living has its own entry and exit on the E20 highway. Bloom puts Zayed International Airport a few minutes away, and downtown Abu Dhabi, Yas Island and the main business and leisure districts a short drive from the gate. Casares runs along the north-eastern edge of the masterplan, with the lake, the Town Center and the schools reached through the parks.

Payment plan and handover

Bloom sold Casares at launch from AED 1.6 million with payment plans for buyers of new units. The phase sold out in 2023, and Bloom's unit list no longer shows Casares, so there is no developer price list today. A purchase now is normally a resale from an owner, paid in cash or with a mortgage and completed at the transfer, with the price set by each seller. Bloom's construction update gives handover in Q2 2026; on 30 September 2026 Bloom had not announced the start of handover and ADREC listed the phase at 93.68% built, so we confirm the date with Bloom on enquiry. Bloom Living is designated an investment zone, so buyers of all nationalities can own here.

Who it suits

Families who want a two-storey townhouse with a garden and two parking spaces in a gated community near the airport, below the price of the Bloom Living villas, and buyers who want a nearly finished home rather than a new launch: Casares is the next phase due for handover after Cordoba and Toledo. The 3 bedroom end units, the largest at 1,841 sqft, suit households that need a third bedroom.
