The residences are developed by ALAIN, the Abu Dhabi group active in real estate, hospitality, education and capital since 1996. The Four Seasons name is used under a licence from Four Seasons Hotels Limited, the residences are run by a Four Seasons residential management team, and the architecture is by Killa Design.

It sits on Saadiyat Beach on Saadiyat Island, beside the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club and inside the island's cultural district. The developer publishes about 5 minutes to the golf club, about 10 minutes to Louvre Abu Dhabi and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, about 20 minutes to Yas Island and about 25 minutes to Zayed International Airport.

Published layouts run from two bedroom suites at 2,833 sqft and three bedroom suites at 3,752 sqft to four bedroom sea duplex suites at 7,943 sqft, five bedroom garden villas of 17,596 to 18,772 sqft and six bedroom garden villas of 20,083 to 22,524 sqft. The brochure also shows penthouses and seven bedroom villas.

The published plan is 5 per cent as a Down Payment on booking, 15 per cent on signing the sale and purchase agreement along with the 2 per cent Abu Dhabi registration fee, then 5 per cent every six months for up to 36 months, and 40 per cent on handover.
