Aldar has not published individual unit sizes, so floor areas are confirmed on the plans issued with each release rather than quoted in advance.

Aldar has not released prices or a payment plan for Baccarat Residences Saadiyat, so pricing is on application and availability is confirmed unit by unit. Aldar Development's chief executive has said publicly that the price point will not be for everybody. The developer records a completion date of 31 August 2029, which places handover in the third quarter of 2029. With only 77 homes in total, supply is fixed and early registration matters.

The project suits collectors and end users who want a small, architect led address inside the cultural quarter, as well as long horizon investors buying into Abu Dhabi's branded residence segment.
