The resort programme is what separates this address from a standard Masdar City building. Payment plan and handover

The plan on this building is 10/70/20: a 10 percent Down Payment, 70 percent in instalments during construction and 20 percent on handover in the third quarter of 2028. Burtville reported the building 43 percent complete at the start of September 2026, so the construction share is paid against visible progress. Homes are freehold and open to buyers of every nationality.

Who it suits

The one and two bedroom homes are the investor case: furnished handover, hotel style services and a rental pool of Masdar City employees and students. The larger homes work for families who want resort facilities inside a walkable district. Building 18 is the smaller of the pair, so it offers a quieter address with the same shared amenities.
