MERED lists apartments of one, two and three bedrooms, with one bedroom apartments from 64 square metres, two bedroom apartments from 107 square metres and three bedroom apartments from 173 square metres. Five bay villas offer three bedrooms of 510 to 603 square metres or four bedrooms of 604 square metres, and six sky villas range from 713 to 952 square metres. Apartments have fully equipped kitchens with high end appliances, private balconies or terraces, built in wardrobes and natural wood flooring. Each bay villa has a private internal courtyard and a name drawn from a destination on the French Riviera.

Amenities and lifestyle

MERED describes four distinct pools and a mix of lounge, wellness, sports and family spaces, a Sky Garden on the 17th floor, five themed children's zones and more than 15,000 plants. A waterfront promenade at the doorstep brings cafes, dining terraces and boutique retail to the water's edge, and a beach club sits within a three minute walk of the bay villas.

Location and connectivity

Riviera Residences is on the waterfront of Al Reem Island, close to Abu Dhabi Global Market. MERED lists beaches and padel clubs, restaurants and cafes, Reem Mall and The Galleria, Repton and GEMS schools, Sorbonne University, Central Park, hospitals and clinics, business centres and five star hotels as part of life on the island.

Handover, payment plan and progress

MERED gives Q3 2029 as the estimated handover of phase 1. Its payment plan is 5 percent at booking, 50 percent during construction including the booking payment, and 50 percent on completion. In May 2026 MERED reported that more than 60 percent of the enabling works, including guide walls, shoring, piling and ground improvement, were complete. We confirm the unit, its price and the current terms in writing before you reserve.
