Sunstone by IMKAN is a 30 storey waterfront tower in Makers District on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, built by IMKAN Properties. Sunstone sits in Makers District, an 18 hectare waterfront masterplan on Al Reem Island. The Corniche Al Reem pathway runs for one kilometre past more than 100 retail and dining outlets, and Makers Beach is reached directly from the district. Drive times published by the developer put Downtown Abu Dhabi, the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi at around 20 minutes and Abu Dhabi airport at about 30 minutes.

The tower offers one, two, three and four bedroom apartments. Published starting prices are AED 1,600,000 for a one bedroom, AED 2,600,000 for a two bedroom, AED 4,100,000 for a three bedroom and AED 5,100,000 for a four bedroom. The published plan asks for a 10% Down Payment on booking, 40% in instalments spread across the construction period and the remaining 50% when the unit is handed over. Because half the total falls due only at completion, the structure appeals to buyers who prefer to spread the commitment rather than fund the whole purchase during the build.

Handover is scheduled for Q4 2028. The 50% balance under the payment plan falls due at that point, with the 10% Down Payment and the 40% construction instalments paid before it.
