Missoni design, inside and out

The Italian fashion house's zigzag runs across the oval podium as cladding and returns through the middle of the tower. Every residence is handed over fully fitted and finished in the Missoni style: light oak floors, bronze frames and details, warm ivory porcelain in the wet areas, beige textured upholstery and Missoni Home accents. The lobby, the amenity deck and the corridors follow the same specification, so the design carries from the front door to the balcony.

The residences

The tower holds 61 one bedroom apartments of 668 to 1,119 sq ft, 135 two bedroom apartments of 1,128 to 1,895 sq ft, 44 three bedroom apartments with a maid's room and a study of 2,516 to 2,571 sq ft, 8 four bedroom apartments with a maid's room of 2,949 to 3,442 sq ft on floors 34 to 37, and two five bedroom penthouses with a maid's room of 4,442 sq ft on the 38th floor. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and every layout adds a guest toilet. The building looks four ways: to the sea, the canal, the city and the community, and every residence has a balcony.

Prices and payment plan

Prices start from AED 1.9M for a one bedroom, AED 2.6M for a two bedroom, AED 5.5M for a three bedroom and AED 8.5M for a four bedroom; the penthouses are priced on request. The 40/60 plan asks for a 5% Down Payment on booking, then seven instalments of 5% from January 2027 to December 2029, and 60% on handover. The service charge is AED 23 per sq ft per year.

A full-sized outdoor pool set in the podium's oval, a padel court, a Technogym fitness centre, a spa, a cinema, a VR room, a business lounge, a clubhouse, a kids room, a BBQ area and shaded public terraces, with beach access from the plaza. At street level the tower opens onto shops and a restaurant by the canal.

Location

Al Reem Island has water on all sides and sits ten minutes from the city. From the tower, Repton School and Nord Anglia School are two minutes away, Reem Hospital 3, Reem Central Park and Burjeel Hospital 4, Reem Mall 5, Al Maryah Island 9, Abu Dhabi Downtown 10, Saadiyat Island 14, and Yas Island and Zayed International Airport 25 minutes by car.
