SAAS lists studios, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments in the building, with the four bedroom homes as duplexes. Each apartment is laid out to maximise natural light and to open towards the waterfront, with a neutral palette from the kitchens and bathrooms to the bedrooms and living spaces. SAAS has not published unit sizes or the number of homes of each type, so these are confirmed from the floor plans on enquiry.

The project page lists a gym with a panoramic view, an infinity pool, direct access to the beach, a 24/7 concierge, parking with personal storage spaces, common leisure spaces, smart systems, EV charging and a sauna and steam room.

Location and connectivity

Reem Eight sits in the heart of Al Reem Island, about fifteen minutes from Downtown Abu Dhabi. SAAS gives approximate travel times from the building:

• About 4 minutes to shopping destinations.
• About 5 minutes to health and wellness centres and to educational institutes.
• About 6 to 7 minutes to leisure activities and entertainment zones.
• About 20 minutes to Zayed International Airport.

Handover and availability

SAAS lists Reem Eight among its current projects and does not show it among its handed over buildings, which are One Reem, Reem Five, Reem Nine and SAAS Tower. It has not published a handover date, a price list or a payment plan on the project page, so all three are confirmed in writing when you enquire, against live availability and the latest construction progress.

Who it suits

With only 54 homes, Reem Eight suits buyers who prefer a small building with a pool, a gym and a concierge over a large tower. The range from studios to four bedroom duplexes covers a compact home near the island's shops and schools as well as a family residence.
