Al Raha Lofts 1

Al Raha Lofts 1 was developed by Reportage Properties, a developer founded in 2014 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Reportage describes Al Raha Lofts as its first project in Al Raha Beach and as the scheme that introduced loft apartment design to Abu Dhabi. Al Raha Lofts 1 is the first of the two phases in that community.

Al Raha Lofts 1 stands in Al Raha Beach, a waterfront district of Abu Dhabi set along the highway towards Dubai. Reportage notes that the community neighbours Abu Dhabi International Airport, Yas Island and Khalifa City, and places Ferrari World, Masdar City and several schools within roughly five minutes.
