The towers brochure and factsheet give this unit mix for Chapter One:

• 256 two bedroom apartments.
• 80 three bedroom apartments.
• 16 four bedroom apartments.

The four buildings rise to 13 floors above a basement, on a plot of 21,000 sqm and to a height of 59 metres, with 586 private parking spaces for the units and three large lifts in each building. Every home can be personalised from three colourways named Black and Bold, White Bliss and Gray Haven. The factsheet adds private balconies or terraces, en-suite bedrooms, built-in wardrobes, central air conditioning and double glazed windows. Chapter Two, the villas brochure, lists 92 villas on a plot of 95,221 sqm: 20 beach villas, 18 lake villas, 36 twin villas, 10 townhouses, 4 penthouses and 4 VIP villas, each with a private pool, a green backyard and covered parking.

Amenities and lifestyle

The factsheet lists a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a gym, children's play areas and shaded seating areas, with a private beach and a private marina for yachts and boats for residents of the island. The villas brochure adds a grand pavilion with curated retail.

Location and connectivity

The towers sit in the Al Seef district of Al Raha, inside Al Raha Beach. The factsheet gives these drive times:

• 5 minutes to Al Raha Beach.
• 10 minutes to Masdar City and to Abu Dhabi International Airport.
• 15 minutes to Khalifa City and to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
• 18 to 20 minutes to Yas Island, Etihad Arena and Ferrari World.
• 25 to 28 minutes to Saadiyat Island, Louvre Abu Dhabi and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.

Handover and availability

The towers brochure gives a completion date of Q1 2029 and a start of construction in summer 2025. On 13 October 2026 Reportage's page showed construction at 3 percent, and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre register showed 0.52 percent with 23.73 percent of the units sold. A payment plan is not published on the project page, so the plan and the price of a specific home are confirmed in writing when you enquire.

Who it suits

The towers suit buyers who want a branded address with a private beach and marina a short drive from Yas Island, Saadiyat and the airport. The two bedroom homes make up most of the collection, and the three and four bedroom homes serve larger households. Buyers looking for a standalone home can ask about the villa chapter.
