Several of the larger layouts include a maid's room and a laundry room. The register lists 125 units for Juman 2.

Juman 2 shares the amenities of the Juman collection, as listed in the brochure:

The Marina District adds a 600 m marina promenade, a jogging track, a cycling track and a multipurpose court, with dock access at the front door of the marina residences.

Location and connectivity

The Juman collection stands in the Marina District of Luluat Al Raha, an island community at the heart of Al Raha Beach. The ICTReD brochure gives these travel times:

• 10 minutes to Yas Island, to Zayed International Airport and to Disney Abu Dhabi.
• 20 minutes to Abu Dhabi city.
• 25 minutes to Saadiyat.
• 50 minutes to Dubai.

Availability

In the register on 13 October 2026, 112 of the 125 units at Juman 2 were sold (89.6 percent) and construction progress stood at 5.4 percent. Your consultant checks which homes are still open, then confirms the price, the payment plan and the handover date in writing before you reserve.

Who it suits

Juman 2 suits buyers who want a marina view from a suite, a loft or a family apartment, with the island's promenade and boats on the doorstep. The executive suites and lofts suit first homes and investors, and the three and four bedroom apartments suit larger households.
