Getting around from Muzera
The estate occupies the eastern side of Abu Dhabi, close to the Al Raha Beach waterfront and next to Khalifa City. Published drive times give Al Raha Beach at about 3 minutes and Yas Island at about 5 minutes, with Abu Dhabi International Airport roughly 10 minutes away and the central business district about 15 minutes away. Two schools serve the community and Gardens Plaza, Aldar's retail centre for the estate, sits within it, which keeps the daily family routine short and the address practical for anyone commuting along the Abu Dhabi to Dubai corridor.
