Yas Golf Collection

Yas Golf Collection is a resort style residential community by Aldar Properties on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, announced in July 2022. The AED 1.7 billion development spans more than 127,000 square metres of gross floor area and comprises 1,062 apartments and duplexes set alongside the Yas Links golf course.

The community sits on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, looking out over Yas Links and the Abu Dhabi mangroves. Aldar describes Yas Island as the centrepiece of its destination developments, home to Yas Marina Circuit, Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld and close to Yas Mall. The developer also points to the community's closeness to Abu Dhabi's main airport.

Aldar released studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments, together with two and three bedroom duplexes. Larger residences were designed with dedicated studies for working or studying at home, and a selection of studios and one bedroom homes is delivered fully furnished with custom colour scheme packages.

At the July 2022 launch Aldar published starting prices of AED 705,000 for studios and AED 1,240,000 for apartments, with 519 apartments offered in the initial release. Pricing on individual homes varies by layout, floor and outlook, so current availability should be confirmed before you commit to a unit.

Aldar stated at launch that construction was due to begin in the first quarter of 2023, with handovers expected to commence in the third quarter of 2025. Aldar has not published a completion date for the final homes, so the handover attached to any individual apartment or duplex should be confirmed against the developer's current schedule.

The published amenity set covers a fitness pavilion, gyms and swimming pools serving the community, podium gardens, multi use sports courts and a running track. Ten retail stores, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes sit inside the community, and residents also have the wider leisure, dining and entertainment offer of Yas Island on their doorstep.

Yes. Aldar confirmed that homes were available to purchase by all nationalities from 23 July 2022, so the community was open to overseas buyers from launch. Aldar presented it as a compelling proposition for international buyers, pointing to the closeness of Abu Dhabi's main airport and to the emirate's recent visa changes.

It suits two groups. End users gain a golf and leisure address on Yas Island, with furnished studios and one bedroom homes ready to move into and larger layouts with studies for families. Investors gain scale, a broad unit mix and homes shaped for short term leasing on one of Abu Dhabi's best known leisure destinations.
