STELLAR by ELIE SAAB at Yas Bay

STELLAR by ELIE SAAB is a branded residential development at Yas Bay on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, delivered by Emirates Developments in partnership with the couture house ELIE SAAB. It was announced in November 2025 and comprises 144 residences across apartments, garden villas and a duplex penthouse, with completion scheduled for 2028.

The developer is Emirates Developments, a privately held UAE company that creates branded residential destinations with international partners. Its portfolio includes Hilton Residences Al Raha and Jumeirah Residence in Abu Dhabi, plus Hilton Residences JLT and The Views at Saraya in Dubai. ELIE SAAB is the design and branding partner for STELLAR.

The project sits at Yas Bay on the Yas Island waterfront. Emirates Developments lists Etihad Arena at around five minutes by car, Yas Marina Circuit at around seven minutes and Yas Links golf course at around eight minutes. Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi are each about ten minutes away, with Yas Mall about twelve minutes and Zayed International Airport about thirteen minutes by road.

The 144 residences cover one, two and three bedroom apartments, three and four bedroom garden villas, and a single five bedroom duplex penthouse. On the current price list, one bedroom homes start at about 775 sq ft, the garden villas begin near 2,372 sq ft, and the five bedroom duplex penthouse extends to about 7,800 sq ft.

Prices start from AED 2,200,000 for a one bedroom apartment. The larger apartments, the garden villas and the duplex penthouse are priced above that level, and pricing moves with availability, floor level and view. Ask for the current price list for a specific layout before reserving, since launch pricing changes as inventory sells.

Emirates Developments and ELIE SAAB announced the project for completion in 2028. Some property listings quote a specific quarter within that year, so buyers should treat the developer's own construction schedule and the sale and purchase agreement as the reference point for the confirmed handover date on their unit.

Published facilities include a swimming pool, a wellness spa, a fitness centre, a cinema, indoor and outdoor residents' lounges and children's play zones, with boutique retail and dining along the waterfront promenade. Shared areas are furnished with ELIE SAAB Maison pieces, co-designed by Elie Saab and Carlo Colombo and crafted in Italy, and interiors use white travertine and light oak.

Homes at STELLAR by ELIE SAAB are sold off plan while the project is under construction, so buyers choose a layout from remaining availability, reserve the unit and then sign the sale and purchase agreement with the developer.
