Burtville has not published a price list or a payment plan for this building, so both are confirmed in writing when you enquire, against live availability. Handover is set for the third quarter of 2028, and the handover date written into the sale contract is confirmed in writing before you reserve. The service charge is estimated at 17 to 19 dirhams per sqft, including the Bab Al Qasr charges. Homes are freehold and open to buyers of every nationality.
