The apartments have reached the market in phases. The second phase added two buildings holding 300 residential units and sold out in six hours, following a first phase that the developer reported selling in record time. Reem Hills sits on an island that adjoins Abu Dhabi's central business district and is reached by bridge from the main island. Handover of the apartments is expected in Q2 2027, after the villas in the same community in Q2 2026. Reem Hills is freehold and can be owned outright by all nationalities, and the developer confirms that a purchase valued at AED 2,000,000 or more qualifies the buyer to apply for the UAE Golden Visa.
