The tower holds 150 apartments. Studios and one bedroom apartments are sold furnished, while the two and three bedroom apartments have more bathrooms and larger balconies. The sizes below are total areas including the balcony, taken from the developer's floor plan book:

• 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms: 856 sq ft
• 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms: 1,174 to 1,504 sq ft
• 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms: 1,930 to 2,744 sq ft

Selected residences have a private elevator that opens directly into the apartment. Interiors use a calm palette with wood panelling, and every layout in the floor plan book has a balcony.

Amenities and lifestyle

The developer lists 11 amenities, several of them bookable for private use. Residents have an infinity edge pool on the podium, a fitness centre with panoramic views, a spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, a private cinema, a private meeting room and a sky lounge with its own jacuzzi and barbecue area. Children get an indoor play area. The building runs a 24 hour concierge, CCTV and security, smart home systems, EV charging and parking with personal storage spaces.

Location and connectivity

Al Reem Island sits just off the main island of Abu Dhabi and is joined to the city centre and to Al Maryah Island by bridges. From Reem Eleven, the developer gives drive times of about 4 minutes to shopping, 5 minutes to schools and clinics, 6 to 7 minutes to leisure and entertainment, and about 20 minutes to Zayed International Airport. Daily needs are covered on the island itself: Reem Mall, Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, Repton School, waterfront promenades and parks, with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Global Market district next door on Al Maryah Island.

Payment plan and handover

SAAS Properties has not published a starting price or a payment plan for Reem Eleven on its website or in its brochure, so prices, payment terms and the available units are confirmed on enquiry. The developer's page reports 19 completed floors and a handover target of Q4 2025, and the project does not yet appear on its list of handed over developments, so the current completion date is also confirmed on enquiry before you reserve.

The furnished studios and one bedroom apartments suit investors who want a ready to let home in a central Reem Island tower, and professionals who work on Al Maryah Island or in the city centre. The two and three bedroom apartments, with the private elevator option and larger balconies, suit families and end users who want hotel style amenities without leaving the building.
