Radiant Garden stands on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, a waterfront district linked to the city centre by bridges and major highways. Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is within walking distance, and Al Fay Park and Gateway Park are close by. The developer places Reem Mall and Reem Hospital about five minutes away by car, downtown Abu Dhabi about ten minutes and the international airport about 25 minutes.

The tower is by Radiant Real Estate, an Abu Dhabi developer with its head office at Radiant Square on Al Reem Island. The company lists nine developments in its portfolio, among them Radiant Square, Radiant Marina Towers, Radiant Elite Tower, Radiant Terrace and Radiant Bridges Tower, so the team is building repeatedly on the same island.

The tower holds 185 residential homes. The developer publishes 38 studios, eight junior one bedroom apartments, 77 one bedroom apartments, 38 two bedroom apartments, 28 three bedroom apartments and two duplexes. Studios are listed from 354 sq ft, junior one bedroom homes from 598 sq ft, one bedroom homes from 654 sq ft, two bedroom homes from 1,061 sq ft and three bedroom homes from 1,902 sq ft.

Prices at Radiant Garden start from AED 998,000. The figure for any particular apartment depends on the layout, the floor level, the outlook and the size within its type. The developer does not publish a full price list on its own website, so our team can confirm current pricing and which units remain available.

The project is offered on a 55/45 payment plan, with 55 per cent payable across the construction period and the remaining 45 per cent on completion. The developer does not publish the individual instalment dates or the booking Down Payment on its own website, so we will confirm the exact schedule in writing for the unit you choose.

Handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028. The tower is already under construction: in September 2025 the developer reported that shoring was complete, more than 200 piles had been installed and excavation was half finished, so the project is past its enabling works rather than sitting at the pre construction stage.

Facilities include a swimming pool, infinity pools, an outdoor gym, sun decks, landscaped spaces, garden and public terraces, a canal walk, a kids play area, a modern lobby, retail shops and parking. The three sky gardens are the centrepiece: a wellness zone on level 1, a social terrace on level 9 and an elevated garden with skyline views on level 14.

The studios and one bedroom homes give the lowest entry point in the building, which suits investors buying on an island where a university, a hospital and a shopping centre all sit within a few minutes. End users get a garden led tower about ten minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi, with two and three bedroom layouts for families.
