Elie Saab Waterfront stands on Al Reem Island, one of Abu Dhabi's established waterfront districts. The tower was unveiled as the first branded residence on the island and the second in Abu Dhabi. The developer is Ohana Development, and the tower is a collaboration with the Lebanese couture house Elie Saab. The project was unveiled in May 2024 as the first branded residence on Al Reem Island and the second in Abu Dhabi. The Elie Saab name runs through the architecture, the interiors and the custom furnishings specified for the homes.

The tower holds 174 residences: one, two and three bedroom apartments together with a two level penthouse. The developer publishes apartment layouts starting from about 873 sq ft. The penthouse occupies the entire top level of the tower, is described at over 15,000 sq ft with five bedrooms, and has a dedicated lift and a private rooftop pool.

At the May 2024 launch Ohana Development published apartment prices from AED 2,000,000 to AED 45,000,000. The price of an individual home depends on the layout, the floor level and the view. Phase one sold out at launch, so availability changes with each release. Ask for the current price list before committing to a unit.

Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027, the date published when the project was unveiled in May 2024. As with any off plan purchase, confirm the current construction programme and the contractual handover date written into the sale and purchase agreement before you sign.
