Studios run from 355 to 407 sq ft with open plan living, one bathroom, built in storage and a private balcony. The junior one bedroom apartments measure 519 to 530 sq ft and hold a kitchen, a living and dining area, one bathroom and a balcony. The full one bedroom apartments, which are the bulk of the building at 150 homes, run from 552 to 1,019 sq ft with a separate bedroom, a kitchen with a laundry area, two bathrooms and a generous balcony. The two bedroom apartments are the rarest homes in the tower at 1,701 to 1,703 sq ft. Office floors are offered from 532 to 2,520 sq ft for businesses that want to work in the same building.

Location and connectivity

City of Lights is the waterfront district on the western side of Al Reem Island, built around a canal and a promenade, and it is one of the most walkable parts of the island. From the towers, Reem Central Park, the Galleria Mall and Al Maryah Island are all a short drive, Downtown Abu Dhabi sits across the bridges, and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and the schools and clinics of the island are close by. Abu Dhabi International Airport is reached through the bridges to the mainland.

Payment plan and handover

Radiant does not publish a price list or a payment schedule for Radiant Atrium Towers on its project page, so we do not quote one here: our team shares the current price list and the Down Payment and instalment terms for the layouts that are actually released when you enquire. The developer gives the handover as the first quarter of 2029. Al Reem Island is one of the investment zones of Abu Dhabi, so homes here are sold freehold to buyers of any nationality, and the title terms are put in writing before a reservation is signed.

Who it suits

The building is aimed at buyers who want a compact home in a central island position: studios and one bedroom apartments make up 209 of the 211 homes, which suits young professionals, couples and landlords more than large families. It also suits owners who work for themselves, because the office tower and the retail promenade sit in the same podium, and investors who like the steady tenant base that offices, clinics and universities bring to Al Reem Island.
