The villas come in three collections: Garden Villas with 4 and 5 bedrooms and garden views, Shoreline Villas with 5 and 6 bedrooms on the shoreline, and Beach Villas with 5, 6 and 7 bedrooms on the beachfront. The apartments have 1 to 4 bedrooms with beachfront or garden views, and the two SHA Penthouses have 5 bedrooms. Every home has an integrated contemporary kitchen that opens to the dining area and a glass walled living room, a master bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, a terrace pool, generous terraces, home automation, a pantry, a laundry area, built-in closets and a parking space, and apartment owners have a private entrance inside the building. IMKAN's interior design team offers an optional full furniture package. Sizes are not published, so floor plans and areas are shared on enquiry.

Amenities and lifestyle

The island is built around the SHA Wellness Clinic and its resort, a Healthy Nutrition Pavilion and a Wellness Kids Club Pavilion. Owners can book the clinic's doctors, therapists, nutritionists, personal trainers and yoga or meditation instructors at home, order room service from SHA's health food restaurants, arrange in-residence catering or a private chef, and use a maintenance service before and after each stay. Ownership also brings membership of the SHA Residences Owners Club with residence exchange at SHA Spain and SHA Mexico, the SHA Privileged benefits programme, Healthy Living Academy activities, a separate motor lobby, an exclusive dock with mooring options and organic produce from the island's farm and local suppliers. The homes use passive design, energy efficient appliances, intelligent monitoring and solar powered heating and electricity.

Location and connectivity

The island sits off the AlJurf coast on Sahel Al Emarat, roughly halfway between the two cities. IMKAN gives 45 minutes to Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi and 60 minutes to Dubai International Airport. The wider AlJurf destination adds a marina, gardens, a private beach and the AlJurf Gardens, Kayan and Naseem AlJurf neighbourhoods.

Payment plan and handover

IMKAN opened sales in April 2024 by application only and has not published prices or a payment plan, so the price list and the terms of each home are confirmed on enquiry. At launch IMKAN anticipated completion in 2026; with construction at 30 percent on the register on 30 September 2026, our team confirms the current handover date with IMKAN before reservation.
