The villas and mansions have 3 to 6 bedrooms, each with a private pool and a view of the natural reserve or the canal: 4 bedroom villas start at 330 sqm of built up area, 5 bedroom villas at 415 sqm and 6 bedroom villas at 500 sqm, canal mansions reach 720 sqm and the beachfront mansions start at 1,500 sqm. The buildings have curved facades inspired by the sea, and their forms trace the initials of Jacob & Co.

At the centre is the Jacob & Co. Social Club, with the brand's first Seafront Cigar Lounge, an executive business centre with private meeting suites and a residents' club with a watch gallery and rotating art. Arrival is marked by a 10 metre ceiling art timepiece by Jacob & Co. Location and connectivity

Al Jurf sits in Ghantoot, on the Abu Dhabi side of the border with Dubai. The community has direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is within walking distance of the beach. Ohana gives drive times of about 15 minutes to Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club, 20 minutes to Jebel Ali Beach and Dubai Parks and Resorts, 25 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport and 30 minutes to Dubai Marina.

Ohana lists apartments from AED 1.5 million, 4 bedroom villas from AED 8.5 million, 5 bedroom villas from AED 10.8 million, 6 bedroom villas from AED 13 million, canal villas and mansions from AED 19.5 million, penthouses from AED 21.7 million, Sky Mansions from AED 75.9 million and beachfront mansions from AED 90 million. Ohana has not published a payment plan on its project page, so our team confirms the current plan and availability on enquiry. The ADREC project register, read on 25 September 2026, lists 467 units with 16 percent sold and construction at 6.55 percent.
