Naseem AlJurf is the newest neighbourhood by IMKAN Properties at AlJurf, the 380 hectare coastal destination at Ghantoot between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It is planned along the AlJurf Canal and brings together 111 villas in four designs, 60 townhouses, eight low rise apartment buildings and a set of canal plots. The villas come in four designs, all with a garden and terrace, a maid's room and parking for two cars, and IMKAN's plans show a private pool. Canal Villas are the 5 bedroom flagship on the banks of the canal: 534 sqm of sellable area, a built up area of 606 sqm and plots of about 960 sqm, with a driver's room and a choice of two elevations, Frame and Strata. Acacia Villas offer 5 bedrooms over three floors with 359 sqm on plots of about 450 sqm, Tala Villas have 4 bedrooms and a ground floor guest bedroom with 293 sqm on plots of about 450 sqm, and Somer Villas have 4 bedrooms over three floors with 277 sqm on plots of about 350 sqm.
The townhouses have 3 bedrooms and a maid's room on two floors: AlGhaf with 164 sqm of sellable area on plots of about 264 sqm, and Sikka with 163 sqm on plots of about 219 sqm.
