Al Ghadeer Gardens is Aldar's newest neighbourhood in Al Ghadeer, the established Abu Dhabi community on the Dubai border. Every home comes with its own garden, a maid's room and parking for two cars.
Phase 1 sold its 437 homes at launch in May 2026. Phase 2 adds 353 more, and Al Ghadeer British School opens in the area for the 2030/31 academic year.
