Villas start from AED 7.9 million for an inland 4 bedroom villa. Inland 5 and 6 bedroom villas start from AED 9.3 million and AED 10.5 million. Waterfront villas, releasing soon, start from AED 13.3 million and AED 14.5 million.
292 villas with 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms: 247 inland villas and 45 waterfront villas on the canal. Every plan has two floors, a private pool with a timber deck, and a maid's room and a driver's room, each with its own bathroom.
Waterfront villas line the canal, come with 5 or 6 bedrooms and can each add a pontoon to moor a boat beside the home. Inland villas come with 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms and are drawn with a closed or an open kitchen.
Handover is planned for Q3 2030, when the final 50% of the price falls due.
A 50/50 plan: 5% Down Payment on booking, five payments of 5% every five months from March 2027 to November 2028, 10% in April 2029, 10% in September 2029 and 50% on handover. No mortgage pre-approval is required.
Aldar offers a five year service charge waiver and waives the 2% ADM fee, the Abu Dhabi Municipality registration fee.
