The Source II

The Source II is a residential building by Aldar Properties in Saadiyat Grove, part of the Saadiyat Cultural District on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. Aldar's launch release names the Zayed National Museum, Mamsha Al Saadiyat and Soul Beach as neighbouring landmarks, with the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and the Abrahamic Family House in the same district.

The building offers one, two and three bedroom apartments, with sizes running from about 958 sq ft to 2,540 sq ft. Selected two bedroom homes and all three bedroom homes include a maid's room and a study. Apartments have panoramic windows and private balconies, with views towards the Zayed National Museum.

Prices at The Source II start from AED 2,820,000. The final figure depends on the unit type, size, floor level and view, and on whether the home is a developer release or a resale. Aldar has not published a current price list for the building, so ask our team for live availability and figures.

The published structure is a 10% Down Payment at sales launch, 50% paid across the construction period and 40% due on handover. Our page carries this as a 60/40 plan, because 60 per cent falls due before completion. Terms can differ on resale units, so confirm the exact schedule before you sign.

Aldar's launch release put the start of construction in Q4 2023, with handovers expected in Q4 2026. The building targets a 2 Pearl Estidama rating and LEED certification, and is designed for at least an 18 per cent reduction in energy use measured against ASHRAE 2010.
