Homes and layouts

Aldar's project page lists 421 units in three buildings, which Aldar names Un, Deux and Trois, with layouts from studios to 5 bedrooms and areas from 477 sqft to 13,246 sqft, including five penthouses announced at launch. The brochure plans show two studio types, a 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet and powder room, a 2 bedroom in two versions, one with a maid's room, and a 3 bedroom with a maid's room, a home office and two balconies. Aldar's own listings show 1 bedroom homes of 825 sqft and 2 bedroom homes of 1,242 sqft to 2,100 sqft. Interiors come in two palettes, Light Premium in warm taupe and Dark Premium in charcoal and slate grey, with marble finishes, floor to ceiling windows and built in appliances, and the lobby has double height ceilings and art inspired by the museum's collection.

Amenities and lifestyle

The Bien-être wellbeing centre has an infinity pool, a sauna, a yoga and Pilates studio and a gym with views of the museum, and the Sunset Deck is a serviced terrace with an infinity pool facing Louvre Abu Dhabi. Cinema Privé is a 12 seat private theatre, Le Salon Détente holds a library, meeting rooms and co-working space, the Créativité Room is an indoor play area for children, and there is a garden terrace and a games room with billiards and table tennis. Services include a 24/7 concierge, valet service, housekeeping, pet care and an art adviser, some of them at extra cost. Residents also receive the Grove Circle membership, with complimentary access to Louvre Abu Dhabi, access to select exhibits and art classes, and an annual residents' event at the museum.

Location and connectivity

Saadiyat Grove is Aldar's AED 10 billion destination at the heart of the island, spread over 242,000 sqm of shops, restaurants, homes and hotels. The Abrahamic Family House and the 1.4 km beach at Mamsha Al Saadiyat are close by, and New York University Abu Dhabi and Cranleigh Abu Dhabi are on the island. Aldar's brochure gives drive times of about 15 minutes to Yas Island and Al Maryah Island, 20 minutes to the Corniche and the airport, and 70 minutes to Dubai.

Handover and buying today

Aldar's launch material pointed to handover in 2025. The ADREC project register, read on 25 September 2026, shows the project at 96.5 percent complete with 94 percent of the registered units sold, and Aldar was still posting construction updates in June 2026. With so few homes left with the developer, most purchases now happen through resale, including homes that owners list on Aldar's own resale marketplace. Aldar has not published a current starting price or payment plan for the remaining homes, so our team confirms the price, the handover date and the paperwork for each unit on enquiry. Aldar's brochure notes that buying here makes an owner eligible to apply for a UAE Golden Visa, subject to the current criteria.

Who it suits

It suits a buyer who wants to live in Abu Dhabi's museum district with hotel style services, from a first studio to a family home with a maid's room. Buyers who need a home soon should compare the handover timing of each unit.
