Grove Museum Views is a 102 home residential building by Aldar Properties in Saadiyat Grove, on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. It was the first building released in the Grove District, a cluster of five residential buildings holding 612 apartments in its initial phase, and it is named for its outlook towards the museums of the surrounding cultural district.

Location on Saadiyat Island

Saadiyat Grove sits within Abu Dhabi's cultural quarter, in the company of Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Zayed National Museum and the future Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Aldar has planned the wider destination as a walkable district with two hotels and 60,000 square metres of retail, entertainment and leisure space, so shops, cafes and restaurants sit at the foot of the buildings rather than a drive away. The white sands of Saadiyat Beach are close by, and the island remains one of the most established addresses in the capital.

Homes, layouts and amenities

The building holds 102 apartments in studio, one bedroom and two bedroom layouts. Published project material puts the studio at about 474 square feet, with the one and two bedroom homes above that, and specifies smart home technology throughout.

Aldar lists a bespoke concierge service, rooftop pools for adults and children, a rooftop gym, a yoga and meditation centre, walking paths and smart home technology. Residents of the Grove District also have lounges, art workshop spaces, a games room, swimming pools, gyms, jogging track access and meditation lawns, together with direct access to the retail and dining at ground level.

Prices, payment plan and handover

When sales opened on 25 June 2022, prices started at AED 905,000 for a studio, AED 1,400,000 for a one bedroom apartment and AED 2,390,000 for a two bedroom apartment. Published project material sets out the payment terms as a 10% Down Payment on booking, a further 30% in instalments during construction and the balance of 60% on handover. Completion was published for the second quarter of 2025, and Aldar began handing over the first phase of Saadiyat Grove, which includes the Museum Views apartments, in November 2025. Availability now comes mainly through resale, so pricing today follows the market rather than the launch list.

The building suits two kinds of buyer. Investors are drawn by a compact unit mix in a district with museums, hotels and retail on the doorstep, which supports both long term letting and shorter stays. End users get a completed home in a walkable cultural quarter with the beach nearby rather than a construction site. Masterpiece Property can check live availability, compare floor plans and outlooks against the wider Saadiyat Grove releases, and guide you through reservation and transfer.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Grove Museum Views

Where is Grove Museum Views located?

Grove Museum Views is in Saadiyat Grove, the mixed use district in Abu Dhabi's cultural quarter on Saadiyat Island. It sits close to Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Zayed National Museum and the future Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, with Saadiyat Beach a short distance away and retail, dining and leisure space at ground level around the residential buildings.

Who is the developer of Grove Museum Views?

Grove Museum Views was developed by Aldar Properties, the developer behind Saadiyat Grove and much of Saadiyat Island. Aldar is delivering the wider destination as well as the building itself, including two hotels and 60,000 square metres of retail, entertainment and leisure space alongside the residential buildings.

What apartment types are available at Grove Museum Views?

The building holds 102 apartments in studio, one bedroom and two bedroom layouts, and it was the first building released in the Grove District. Published project material puts the studio at about 474 square feet, with the one and two bedroom homes above that. Availability changes, so ask our team for the current list of units on the market.

How much do apartments at Grove Museum Views cost?

When sales opened on 25 June 2022, prices started at AED 905,000 for a studio, AED 1,400,000 for a one bedroom apartment and AED 2,390,000 for a two bedroom apartment. The building has since been handed over, so prices today reflect resale values rather than the original launch list and vary by floor, size and outlook.

What payment plan was offered at Grove Museum Views?

Published project material sets out a 10% Down Payment on booking, a further 30% paid in instalments during construction and the remaining 60% on handover. Because the building is now complete, resale purchases are settled differently, with any mortgage arrangement agreed between the buyer, the seller and the bank.

When was Grove Museum Views completed?

Completion was published for the second quarter of 2025, and Aldar began handing over the first phase of Saadiyat Grove, which includes the Museum Views apartments, in November 2025. Buyers looking at the building today are therefore looking at completed homes rather than an off plan purchase, with the surrounding retail and public realm opening in stages.

What amenities do residents have at Grove Museum Views?

Aldar lists a bespoke concierge service, rooftop pools for adults and children, a rooftop gym, a yoga and meditation centre, walking paths and smart home technology. Residents of the Grove District also have lounges, art workshop spaces, a games room, swimming pools, gyms, jogging track access and meditation lawns, plus direct access to the retail and dining at ground level.

Who does Grove Museum Views suit?

The compact studio to two bedroom mix suits investors who want a rental home in a cultural district with museums, hotels and retail nearby. It also suits professionals, couples and downsizers who want a completed apartment close to Saadiyat Beach and the city. Our team can compare units against other Saadiyat Grove buildings before you commit.
