Fahid Island holds a Fitwel 3-Star rating as the first Fitwel certified island globally, LEED for Cities and Communities Platinum pre-certification and Estidama 3 Pearl for Community, while the residential buildings are targeting Fitwel 2-Star, LEED Gold and Estidama 3 Pearl for Buildings.

Who it suits

Fahid Beach Terraces became available for sale on 27 August 2025 and is open to buyers of all nationalities. It suits end users who want a beachfront home with wellness facilities and a school within walking distance, and investors taking an off-plan position in a coastal Abu Dhabi masterplan valued at AED 40 billion.
