Fahid Beach Terraces

Fahid Beach Terraces is developed by Aldar Properties, the Abu Dhabi developer behind Fahid Island. Aldar describes it as the third residential development launched on the island, following Fahid Beach Residences and The Beach House Fahid. The six buildings were designed by the acclaimed architect Koichi Takada, with interiors by the design studio M&L.

The project sits on Fahid Island in Abu Dhabi, on a stretch of shoreline with direct access to the beach, the waterfront promenade and Coral Drive, the island's boutique retail boulevard. The Fahid Event Plaza is close by and King's College School Wimbledon is within walking distance. Aldar positions the island between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.

Fahid Beach Terraces comprises 501 units across six buildings. Layouts run from one to four bedroom apartments, with maid's room options on the larger types, through duplexes, to a collection of six five bedroom penthouses. Published floor plans include four separate one bedroom types, three duplex configurations and a four bedroom plus maid layout.

Residents share a clubhouse raised above the shoreline, holding a gymnasium with waterfront views, a workout studio, an assessment area, a spa with salt relaxation and cold plunge pools, sauna and steam rooms, a cinema, co working and residents lounges, kids' and tween rooms and a bookable private dining space with a social kitchen. The podium adds three 25 metre infinity pools and landscaped gardens.

Aldar places Fahid Island five minutes from Yas Island, fifteen minutes from Saadiyat Island and fifteen minutes from Zayed International Airport. Abu Dhabi city is about twenty minutes away and Dubai about fifty minutes. The island has a total land area of 2.7 million sqm and 11 km of coastline, with 100,000 sqm of beaches.

Yes. Aldar states that Fahid Beach Terraces is open to buyers of all nationalities, and the project became available for sale on 27 August 2025. Masterpiece Property, a licensed Abu Dhabi brokerage, can guide overseas and resident buyers through current availability, eligibility, reservation and the registration process with the relevant Abu Dhabi authorities.
