The Beach House Fahid

The Beach House is on Fahid Island in Abu Dhabi, the island that sits between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island with an 11 km coastline and 4.6 km of beaches. Aldar states that the theme parks of Yas Island, the Saadiyat Cultural District and Zayed International Airport are each reachable in under 15 minutes.

The Beach House is developed by Aldar Properties, the master developer of Fahid Island and one of the largest developers in Abu Dhabi. It was the island's second residential release, brought forward during the Fahid Island launch week in June 2025, when Aldar reported more than AED 3.5 billion in sales across the island's first two developments.

The development is made up of 11 towers holding a collection of studios through to three bedroom apartments with maid's rooms. Residents have direct shoreline access, amenities and facilities within the development, and a walkable connection to Coral Drive, the island's boutique retail boulevard. Yes. Aldar Education has partnered with King's College School Wimbledon to open the UK institution's first regional campus inside the Fahid Island masterplan. The 50,000 sq m campus is scheduled to open in September 2028, subject to regulatory approvals, with capacity for up to 2,220 students across all school ages.

The Beach House sits inside a masterplan with a development value of more than AED 40 billion and more than 6,000 homes planned, and it offers direct shoreline access on a new island destination. At the island's first releases, expatriate residents and overseas buyers accounted for 67 per cent of sales and 42 per cent of buyers were under the age of 45.
